going back to the beginning

Now many people may not or may started back at the beginning when re-questioning what one believes. I am deciding to think back to the beginning of when I was certain that bigfoot existed and why. The book was 'Monster' by Frank Peretti. The 'why' will come later in the blog.

bi-pedal vs quad-pedal

I thought I would start on basic describers involving topics of the elusive North American 'wild men'.

Bipedalism is a form of terrestrial locomotion where an organism moves by means of its two rear limbs, or legs. An animal or machine that usually moves in a bipedal manner is known as a biped (pronounced /ˈbaɪpɛd/), meaning "two feet" (from the Latin bi for "two" and ped for "foot"). Types of bipedal movement include walking, running, or hopping, on two appendages (typically legs).

Quadrupedalism is a form of land animal locomotion using four limbs or legs. An animal or machine that usually moves in a quadrupedal manner is known as a quadruped, meaning "four feet" (from the Latin quad for "four" and ped for "foot"). The majority of walking animals are quadrupeds, including mammals such as cattle and cats, and reptiles, like lizards.

now just remember creatures are not-exclusively one or the other. Creatures can use both modes of locomotion. Just look at us as humans.

posting on California forum

found some of the experiences to be 'questionable' in the research realm but some other events to be quite scientific worthy.

It seems to be a mixed bag. People do experience things when tromping around the woods but one should really ask 'Because I am looking for Bigfoot, will I see bigfoot every where I go?"

Some of the reports in the expeditions seem borderline 'imagination gone wild"

Someone stated in a book or in a website (I don't remember), 'People won't believe there is a Sasquatch unless there is a 'high quality video' undisputed by scholars. A dead body in a mortuary for independent scientists to examine, probe, qualify. "

Maybe this is true. I think one can't discount another's experience but a dose of skepticism goes a long way in proper qualifying and judging the 'realism' vs the 'imagination' of individuals encountering the elusive North American primate.
